Your job posting,
in their chats.
Job boards wait for candidates to visit. We deliver your role straight to matched candidates on WhatsApp, the app they already have open.
Found a role that matches your profile 👇
11:24A real conversation, from the posting to a confirmed interview.
In Pakistan, the inbox that gets read is a chat.
Already installed
Candidates do not need a new account, a CV upload flow, or a browser tab. The role arrives where they already talk to family and to work.
Read, not buried
A chat notification gets opened. An email to a rarely-checked address does not, and neither does a listing on page four of a job board.
Works on any connection
Text over patchy 3G reaches someone in Sukkur as reliably as fibre in DHA. No heavy pages, no app to install.
Matched, not blasted
Candidates receive roles that fit their profile, one at a time. Your posting is not competing with 200 others on a results page.
Reviewed before it sends
Fake postings are a real problem for job seekers here. Every role is checked by a person before a single message goes out.
They reply to you
Applications come to your email or your own application link. We deliver the role and then get out of the way.
Three steps, then it is out of your hands.
You do the first one. We do the other two: reviewing every posting by hand and matching it to candidates automatically, so nothing lands on you to chase.
Post the role
Fill in the job once: title, salary, location, and the skills it needs. That skills list is exactly what candidates get matched against, so it's worth being specific.
We review it
A person checks every posting before it goes anywhere: a real role, a real company, nothing asking candidates to pay. You'll see its status change from Pending to Live.
It arrives on WhatsApp
We match it against every candidate's profile and send it only to the ones who fit, one at a time, in their chat. They reply to you directly; we're out of the way by then.
Real numbers, not projections.
We are early, so this is the actual count on the platform as you read this, not a rounded-up marketing figure.

Is Orra free?
You can post one role at a time for free, forever — see the pricing section above. Basic (PKR 5,000 / month) raises that to 10 active postings, and Pro (PKR 15,000 / month) removes the limit entirely and adds a verified badge and team seats.
Do candidates pay anything?
No, never. Orra only ever charges employers for posting. A listing that asks a candidate for money at any stage is rejected during review.
How does a job actually reach a candidate?
You post a role here; once it’s approved, we match it against every candidate’s profile and deliver it directly into their WhatsApp chat — the app they already have open. Candidates never visit this website at all.
Why does my posting say "Pending" — how long does review take?
A person checks every single posting before any candidate sees it — real role, real company, nothing asking candidates to pay. This is usually done the same day. You’ll see the status change to Live once it’s approved, or Rejected with a reason if it needs a fix.
What does the "Verified employer" badge mean, and how do I get it?
It’s a Pro-plan perk: your postings show a “✅ Verified employer” line to candidates on WhatsApp. It’s separate from the plain “Verified” badge on your profile, which is Orra manually confirming your business is real — that one isn’t tied to any plan and can take a little longer as we check it by hand.
Can I invite my team?
Team seats are a Pro-only feature — Free and Basic are one login per company. On Pro, invite colleagues from Settings → Plan & billing → Team, and choose exactly what each person can do (jobs, applications, support, or all three).
Can I post an internship instead of a full-time role?
Yes — choose Internship as the employment type when posting. You can pay a stipend, mark it unpaid, or frame it as experience-only; whichever you pick is exactly what candidates see.
Am I required to reply to applicants?
Yes — this is the one condition every posting agrees to. Reply to every applicant within 7 days, even if it’s a no. Not hearing back is the biggest complaint job seekers in Pakistan have, and we track response times — an account that consistently leaves people without a reply can lose the ability to post.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancelling keeps your current plan active until the period you already paid for ends, then your account moves to Free automatically — you won’t be charged again after that.
What happens to a candidate's details once they apply?
We share their name, phone number, and the relevant profile details with you, because they agreed to that when they applied. Please use it only to consider them for that role.
I have another question — who do I ask?
Email us at hey@heyorra.com. Once you have an account, the Support chat in your dashboard reaches our team directly and we typically reply within a day.
